**About the role**
RubyLabs seeks a Growth Product Manager to drive ARPU optimization through enhanced product value and user engagement within our subscription products. You'll be directly responsible for achieving a quarterly 15% ARPU increase by improving retention, deepening engagement, and maximizing the value users extract from our existing subscription offering. This role offers full autonomy in product strategy with one clear focus: increasing revenue per user through enhanced product value, not additional paid features.
We're looking for a creative product expert with extensive experience in retention and engagement optimization who understands how superior product value and user satisfaction naturally drive ARPU growth. You should be ready to work intensively on measurable results through innovative retention mechanisms and value delivery improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** ARPU Growth Through Value Enhancement**: Drive 15% quarterly ARPU improvement by increasing product value, retention rates, and user engagement depth within existing subscription tiers through enhanced functionality and user experience.
- ** Retention & Engagement Strategy**: Develop and implement innovative retention mechanisms, engagement loops, and value delivery systems that keep users longer and drive them to higher subscription tiers through enhanced satisfaction.
- ** User Journey Enhancement**: Analyze user behavior patterns, identify engagement gaps, and create product improvements that naturally lead users to discover more value and remain subscribed longer.
- ** Data-Driven Hypothesis Generation**: Autonomously identify current product issues through data analysis, user feedback, and user interviews. Generate detailed, data-based hypotheses for ARPU improvement, get manager approval, and take full ownership of implementing solutions with the team to production in the shortest possible timeframe.
- ** End-to-End Ownership**: Take complete ownership of the entire hypothesis lifecycle - from generation and manager approval, through implementation to production, quality assurance, launch, data collection, analysis, and final decision to implement permanently or remove from production.
- ** Exceptional User Experience Delivery**: Deliver only exceptional user experience to production where the bottom line of quality is excellence. Ensure every product improvement meets the highest standards of user satisfaction and product quality.
**Qualifications**
- ** Proven Value-Driven Growth**: Minimum 4 years in product management with extensive track record of improving ARPU through enhanced product value, retention optimization, and engagement improvements with measurable quarterly results.
- ** End-to-End Product Ownership**: Demonstrated experience taking full ownership of product initiatives from hypothesis generation to production implementation, including stakeholder management and quality assurance.
- ** Exceptional Detail-Oriented Execution**: Each experiment must follow best practices with all corner cases and details excellently prepared. Squeeze maximum quality and value from every hypothesis, preparing solutions with exceptional attention to detail to continuously maintain excellent user experience standards.
- ** Creative Product Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively about value delivery, develop innovative engagement mechanisms, and enhance existing features to drive natural revenue growth.
- ** Research & Analysis Expertise**: Proven ability to extract insights from data analysis, user feedback, and user interviews to identify product improvement opportunities and generate actionable hypotheses.
- ** Subscription Value Mastery**: Deep understanding of how product value drives subscription behavior, user lifecycle optimization, and retention psychology through enhanced functionality and user experience.
- ** Quality-Focused**: Commitment to delivering exceptional user experience with proven track record of maintaining excellence standards in product development and implementation.
- ** Advanced Analytics**: Expert-level proficiency in product analytics, cohort analysis, and engagement modeling with ability to identify value optimization opportunities in user behavior data.
