Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy and lead end‑to‑end initiatives that create meaningful impact for both internal users and external clients. This role calls for a user‑focused mindset, strong business sense, and the ability to adapt solutions to evolving market needs. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders and remain agile in responding to changing priorities. You'll also explore opportunities to commercialize innovative solutions through enterprise SaaS models, helping to drive product monetization and market growth. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership: Develop and execute product strategies that emphasize impactful business outcomes while delighting users. Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through adoption. Roadmap Planning & Execution: Prioritize product initiatives based on their value, complexity, and strategic importance and develop comprehensive product roadmaps that clearly outline the vision, direction, and phases for each initiative. Product Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end development process, gather requirements, manage sprints, groom backlogs, handle release schedules and communication initiatives. Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and balance priorities to keep initiatives on track. Focus on growth and adoption rather than merely executing predefined tasks. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business product owners and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on needs, product goals, and product decisions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Champion the product, promote its benefits, and align teams and stakeholder efforts toward common goals. Foster strong collaboration and act as a crucial link between engineering, design, QA, legal, corporate IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of outcomes and priorities. Metrics & Performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track product usage, adoption, and effectiveness toward achieving growth objectives. Commercial Orientation: Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with business stakeholders to unlock and maximize revenue potential. Continuous Improvement: Foster an culture of feedback and continuous learning at scale, to refine product features and enhance user satisfaction. Technology & Innovation: Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies, improved processes, and best practices to keep the firm at the forefront of industry advancements.
