About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Influencer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and achieve positive business outcomes through influencer collaborations. Responsibilities Initiate and nurture relationships with influencers, fostering strong partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and compensation packages with influencers, ensuring fairness and compliance. Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, providing guidance and support to influencers regarding content creation and requirements. Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics and tracking tools. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to optimize influencer strategies. Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that aligns with our brand's messaging and values. Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and making data‑driven recommendations for future campaigns. Requirements Proven experience as an influencer relationship manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaigns. In‑depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Established network of influencer contacts and the ability to identify emerging talent that aligns with the brand's target audience and values. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and oversee end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with influencers and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. Negotiation skills and a fair, respectful approach in structuring partnership terms and compensation packages with influencers. Analytical mindset, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and data‑driven insights.
