About the Role The Finance team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations within the ISBN Collections organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong cash flow performance, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and driving operational excellence across the SAP Business Network. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support the daily operations of the ISBN Collections team, ensuring timely and accurate management of outstanding receivables. Maintain a strong customer focus and foster positive, solution-oriented relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate consolidated invoicing processes for strategic suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, IT, and Engineering) to streamline and enhance collection processes. Monitor and analyze overall segment performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions where needed. Drive and participate in global initiatives to optimize cash collection efficiency and end-to-end processes. Manage high-visibility business cases with direct exposure to upper management and the CFO office. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Work Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in O2C Processes, with proven results in managing accounts receivable portfolios. Prior experience in customer service or client relationship management. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure. Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Strategic mindset, able to implement a holistic view of the business and align team activities with broader financial objectives.
