Tasks 当社のディーラー・カスタマーサービス部(英語名：Operations)では、オートリースの契約締結から終了までの各業務（契約締結、契資管理、債権管理、契約終了）、販売店向けの仕入資金融資、オートローンの販売店への立替金の支払い、および販売店やお客様からのファイナンス商品・契約内容の問合せに対する回答などの業務を担当しています。今回募集のポジションは、ディーラー・カスタマーサービス部サービス・リースオペレーション課(英語名：Service & Lease Operations(SLO))に新たに設置される「Operational Excellence＆ Collaboration（OEC）」チームのメンバーとして、プロジェクト管理、ベンダー管理、プロセス標準化、業務改善を担い、国内外の関係部署やベンダーと協力しながら、業務をよりスムーズに、より良くすることで、販売店満足度とMBFの成長に貢献するタスクを担います。 職務内容 1プロジェクト・Change Request(CR)管理 Operations全体のCRやプロジェクトのデマンドを聞き取り、所定のフォーマットに文書化し、関係各所に対する説明を行う Project Managerとしてプロジェクトの進捗を管理、各種ミーティングのアレンジとファシリテーション Microsoft 365のツールを使用し、業務効率化につながるツールの作成 2ベンダー管理 打ち合わせ調整、請求書処理 パフォーマンスレビューミーティングのとりまとめ 3プロセス管理 プロセスを記述した文書に対する年次レビューのとりまとめ ナレッジデータベースの構築・メンテナンス Business Continuity Plan(BCP)文書の更新のとりまとめ、テスト実施の事務局 BIアンバサダー（PowerBIを活用し、パフォーマンスレポートを作成、およびBusiness Intelligence管理チームとの打ち合わせ） 4業務サポート 部内他チームの業務支援（必要に応じて） Qualifications 学歴・語学等 日本語： ネイティブレベル 英語： 日常会話レベル（必須）、ビジネスレベル（歓迎） 技術 Microsoft 365（Excel、Teams、SharePoint、PowerPoint） 基本的なドキュメント作成・管理スキル Power BIでのレポート作成経験（歓迎） 業務効率化ツールの作成（Excel VBA、Power Automateなど）（歓迎） ソフトスキル/パーソナリティ コミュニケーション能力（多様なメンバーとの調整） ファシリテーションスキル（会議運営・議事進行） 問題解決力、柔軟性、責任感 経験 プロジェクト管理またはChange Request管理の経験 ベンダー管理（打ち合わせ調整、請求書処理） BCP関連業務、ナレッジ管理、BIレポート作成経験 多国籍チームでの業務経験 #J-18808-Ljbffr
