The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team in Buenos Aires. This role is perfect for someone with a robust background in SaaS sales, online marketing and MarTech platforms focused on improving business strategies for managing and optimising call and lead traffic. Are You Experienced in selling SaaS MarTech or Lead Management Systems in the US market A proven achiever of consistent sales Tech-savvy with an understanding of B2C marketing and lead generation Keen to earn an uncapped commission Key Responsibilities Manage the sales process for new business opportunities from start to finish including prospecting, ongoing qualification, product demonstration, proposal writing, negotiating and closure. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through a mix of lead generation techniques including self-generated leads, outbound and inbound strategies. Engage in networking at conferences and industry events. Maintain detailed reports of your activities in the CRM and collaborate within a team environment to contribute to the company’s overall success in sales. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our features and benefits to effectively communicate with prospective clients. Relay feedback from prospects and sales interactions to the management and marketing teams. Have an exceptional understanding of the industry including different verticals and traffic setups. Requirements Experience in selling SaaS MarTech or Lead Management Systems to US-based businesses. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Proficient in presentation, negotiation and closing techniques. Highly motivated with a strong drive and resourcefulness. Solid background in sales and marketing. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple opportunities. A team player who can excel with minimal supervision. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales preferably in MarTech. Comprehensive knowledge of B2C marketing and lead generation. Experience and/or a comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing. Highly organised, detail-oriented and punctual. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Required Skills What You’ll Bring: We are looking for candidates with a blend of technical and customer-facing experience. You will need the following: API Knowledge: Experience in configuring and troubleshooting API connections with the ability to understand how systems communicate with each other. Technical Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and system issues particularly related to data transmission and system configuration. SaaS Expertise: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of how cloud-based applications are deployed and managed. Customer Success Skills: Proven experience in customer success/support/onboarding particularly in training and support roles in technical environments. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
