Experience: 2+ years Location: Remote About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the entry level who is looking to further develop their sales career in a dynamic and fast‑growing BPO services environment. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing early‑stage prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Research, identify, and prospect potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling strategies. Conduct initial outreach conversations to understand client needs and challenges. Qualify leads and schedule high‑quality meetings for the Sales or Business Development team. Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting tactics. Consistently meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified opportunities. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or similar entry‑level sales roles. Preferably experienced in B2B sales , especially in services or outsourcing/BPO. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales career. Nice-to-Have Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service-driven industries. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
