Sr Product Consultant (Future Opportunities) Join Apply Digital for the Sr Product Consultant (Future Opportunities) role. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working during Pacific Time (PT) or Eastern Time (ET) hours. Candidates in Santiago, Chile may work out of our Santiago office. Candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote. The Role In this role you will own the product vision, requirements management and ROI of products built for our clients. You will generate purposeful ideas, create strategy and vision and drive end‑to‑end product definition and development. Additionally you will manage ongoing product operations, optimisation and launch readiness. Responsibilities Build and champion product strategies and vision throughout client engagements, inspiring the team to deliver. Retrieve and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and research methods to shape requirements, features and end products. Own product plans and roadmaps with executive stakeholder buy‑in. Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD) ensuring all types of requirements are documented, conflicts resolved and communicated. Organise product releases and priorities to meet business value expectations. Prepare recommendations to track product usage and impact; define measurement plans using analytics tools. Ensure requirements are delivered to specification, defects managed to resolution and assess launch readiness. Continuously recommend expanding product base and vision based on data and insight. Add value beyond order‑taking, using consultative skills to move vision forward. Requirements Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) is required. Identify main projects, initiatives and epics to achieve expected business results. Effective communicator and facilitator; manage expectations successfully. Experienced with backlog management, sprint planning and road‑mapping; generate workshops. Team player, problem solver, professional, confident, with clear idea evaluation. Experience with IT or digital products, contributing to product strategy, roadmap and feature execution. Translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa. Break down complex problems into logical, digestible steps. Handle ambiguity and conflicting information, turning them into clarity in fast‑changing environments. Played a fundamental role in launch or operation of one or more digital products, delivering significant user value. At least 4 years of experience in product definition, functional leadership or end‑to‑end ownership of digital initiatives. Availability to travel.
