We’re looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Electrical Engineering Team Lead in Martinez, CA. Your Role As the Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you’ll manage a dedicated team of engineers and designers, guiding them from conception to completion. Your friendly leadership style will create a positive work environment, fostering growth, learning, and teamwork to achieve common goals. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with project management, clients, and other disciplines to ensure project objectives are met. Mentor and guide junior engineers within the program. Foster strong relationships with project management and clients to ensure satisfaction and progress. Effectively communicate within the team and management through written and verbal means. Provide top‑notch electrical engineering services that align with both Worley's and our customers’ needs. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of relevant experience and a recognized engineering degree. Solid grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals and a good understanding of other engineering domains. Familiarity with local and international standards, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in specialized electrical engineering software and general tools like the MS Office Suite. Practical experience in multi‑disciplinary projects and team settings.
