Responsibilities Work independently as a subject matter expert, collaborating with external stakeholders, business partners, and internal teams on complex projects. Identify and communicate business needs, translating them into clear business and technical requirements to develop effective solutions. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, defining requirements and recommending implementation approaches to meet user needs. Lead and/or contribute to key project deliverables such as business and technical requirements, use cases, interface specifications, wireframes/mock‑ups, risk and issue logs, test plans, training materials, and more. Apply Agile methodologies throughout the requirements lifecycle. Provide support for testing and analysis to help resolve defects. Work closely with QA teams to review test cases and assist with production validation. Collaborate with product owners and end users to determine operational objectives and gather detailed business requirements. Focus on collecting requirements that improve usability and user experience, driving user adoption and engagement. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken). Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in client and customer engagement. Solid business acumen and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with tools, business processes, and operational planning. Experience collaborating with IT development teams on complex projects. Strong capabilities in analysis, project management, and reporting.
