Sales Development Representative

Make 120 outbound calls daily with the goal of scheduling qualified meetings. Support the assigned Account Executive, an expert in the territory, to maximize results. Meet monthly KPI targets, especially the number of qualified appointments (FTA) and converting 50% of scheduled appointments. Complete 3 weeks of theoretical training + 1 week of nesting. Use Salesforce as the main tool for managing leads and daily activities. Profile Requirements Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role or in outbound sales environments. Strong orientation towards professional growth, with clear personal motivators to maintain performance in a cold calling environment. Confidence, charisma, and empathy to build rapport with clients. Outstanding communication skills and willingness to receive continuous feedback. Availability to work on-site. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in lead management.
