Join or sign in to find your next job PPC SPECIALIST- BILLIGUAL role at SRR Group This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish) with proven expertise in Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ads; hands‑on experience running and optimizing lead generation campaigns for service‑based businesses is required. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality. Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively. Collaborate with management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity. Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on PPC experience (Google Ads and Bing Ads required). Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service‑based industries). Bilingual (English and Spanish) – both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking. Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Ability to work during PST business hours. Technical Requirements Stable high‑speed internet connection with minimum jitter below 10 ms, latency below 160 ms, upload >25 Mbps and download >40 Mbps. Power backup capable of sustaining a minimum of 8 hours. LAN cable required. Benefits Full‑time remote position. Available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
