Overview Fullscript is a health intelligence platform that powers every part of care. The Fullscript GSD (Get Stuff Done) team is looking for a Senior Developer to turn big ideas into working systems, using AI and automation to make the platform smarter. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑proof implementations. Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, translate business problems into high‑impact technical solutions. Take an AI‑first approach, evaluating advanced technology as the primary vehicle for solving problems. Empower non‑technical teammates by explaining complex concepts simply, enabling broader AI adoption. Reimagine and re‑establish processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and optimization through technology and automation. Build and maintain high‑quality full‑stack applications, APIs, and integrations. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance. Take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, from scoping and planning to release and ongoing optimization. Qualifications 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript (or comparable frameworks such as Django, Flask, Node.js, or Vue). Proficiency in designing and implementing AI‑based solutions and agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks. Experience designing scalable architectures, APIs, and integrations. Track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Exceptional communication skills—capable of bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences. Bonus: Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or comparable platforms like GCP or Azure.
