Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑proof implementations. Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and understand business problems—translating them into high‑impact technical solutions. Take an AI‑first approach, evaluating how advanced technology can be the primary vehicle for solving problems. Empower non‑technical teammates by explaining complex concepts simply, enabling broader adoption and understanding of AI solutions. Reimagine and re‑establish processes to make them more efficient, scalable, and optimal through technology and automation. Build and maintain high‑quality full‑stack applications, APIs, and integrations. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance, ensuring solutions are built to last. Take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, from scoping and planning to release and ongoing optimization. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development with Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript, or comparable frameworks such as Django, Flask, Node.js, or Vue. Proficiency in designing and implementing AI‑based solutions and agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks. Experience designing scalable architectures, APIs, and integrations. Track record of working closely with diverse stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Exceptional communication skills—capable of bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences. Bonus: Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), or comparable platforms like GCP or Azure.
