Sr. Partnership Specialist The company is a fintech company specializing in local and cross-border payment solutions for emerging markets. Our platform enables global companies to accept payments in local currencies through native methods in each country, facilitating their international expansion. We are looking for a Senior Partnership Specialist to identify, build and manage relationships with strategic partners across global markets. This role is key in ensuring the company’s products robustness by bringing the best alliances with payment providers, cutting-edge technology platforms and other players in the fintech industry. Responsibilities Identifying strategic partners (PSPs, aggregators, technology platforms, banks of financial institutions). Building relationships based on the company’s global strategy, product fit and financial efficiency. Own the partnership lifecycle process, from the first approach, commercial negotiations and onboarding. Bring the markets insights, product and technology new trends and updates as well as suggesting outside the box business alliances ideas. Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, Support) to gather and submit all required information for onboarding and compliance. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in operations, business, fintech, PSPs, payments (preferably within fintech or multinational environments). Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience/knowledge in payment rails is a plus. Network of connections with key players in the industry is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Proactive, reliable, and capable of navigating institutional processes with persistence and ownership.
