Responsibilities Data Management: Establish and maintain the process of uploading, tagging, and organizing digital assets in our DAM system. Work closely with the various teams to capture, store, and retrieve digital assets efficiently. Asset Optimization: Ensure proper categorization and organization of digital content across the platform. Retouching: Either perform the retouching yourself or oversee outsourced team of retouchers. Requirements Technical Skills: At least 2-3 years of experience in a Digital Asset Manager role or similar positions. Familiarity and experience with leading DAM systems or platforms. Proficiency in data categorization, tagging, and organizing. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Mentality: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Adaptable with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and motivation to continually learn and embrace new technologies related to digital asset management.
