Account Manager – Animal Biosolutions Novonesis is seeking an Account Manager to advance our animal biosolutions for clients across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Responsibilities Build strong, lasting relationships with clients that contribute to the growth and penetration of probiotics, inoculants, and enzymes for animal health and nutrition. Identify new prospects and opportunities for innovation in collaboration with the Technical Services team. Ensure the timely flow of necessary information, guaranteeing that account objectives are achieved. Coordinate the team’s Animal Nutrition strategy. Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in Animal Health and Nutrition, ideally in extensive production of poultry, swine, or ruminants, as a producer or supplier. University degree, preferably in veterinary medicine or business management. Strong negotiation skills for short‑ and long‑term contracts. Effective written and oral communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English. Residency in Argentina. Availability to travel and visit clients up to 40% of the time.
