Role As a Senior Recruiter, you will own high‑impact, end‑to‑end searches for U.S.-based roles using our AI‑powered platform. You will act as a strategic recruiting partner to clients, working closely with founders and the engineering team to shape how AI is used in modern recruiting. This is a high‑ownership role in a fast‑paced startup environment, ideal for someone comfortable operating independently, managing multiple searches, and making strong hiring decisions with minimal oversight.
