The Role As a Senior Recruiter, you will own high-impact, end-to-end searches for U.S.-based roles using our AI-powered platform. You will act as a strategic recruiting partner to clients, working closely with founders and the engineering team to shape how AI is used in modern recruiting. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment, ideal for someone comfortable operating independently, managing multiple searches, and making strong hiring decisions with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities • Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera’s AI platform • Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest, most relevant candidates • Interview and qualify candidates, delivering concise, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers • Join client calls to clarify role requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance • Act as a trusted partner to clients, including challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations • Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring efficient and organized process flow • Provide structured feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic and workflows • Maintain accurate candidate notes and recruiting documentation • Prioritize and manage multiple searches in parallel, driving them to successful hires Requirements:Requirements • 3+ years of recruiting experience for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles • Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup or high-velocity agency) • Strong client-facing skills, including communication and expectation management • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls • High comfort level with ATS, recruiting tools, and AI-driven workflows • Strong judgment in evaluating skills, experience, and culture add • High ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently Nice to Have • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A) • Background in both agency and in-house recruiting • Hands-on experience improving recruiting tools, processes, or products • Proven success managing high-volume pipelines and multiple searches simultaneously4 Role Details • Location: LATAM or U.S. (Remote) • Schedule: Flexible, 40–50 hours per week aligned with PST What We Offer • Competitive salary and equity • Flexible working hours • Health insurance • Learning budget • Hackerhouse access • Direct collaboration with founders and a high-performing team
