Responsibilities Monitor intercompany import and export transactions, including inventory in transit and variations. Reclassify adjustments, perform Optima pushdowns, and monitor export business variations. Ensure timely maintenance of intercompany agreements and provide transfer‑pricing information to accounting, tax, audit, and training departments. Track system developments that support Optima and proactively work with budgeting, planning, accounting, and tax teams to anticipate changes affecting legal profitability. Manage ad‑hoc pricing change communications and requests. Collaborate with Treasury to prepare daily cash position, provide visibility to local and divisional teams on cash forecasting, liquidity, planned collections, financing needs, and currency exposure. Maintain close communication with accounting and tax departments and provide monthly legal profitability updates by subcategory for applicable segments. Communicate legal profit results to the division and propose transfer‑pricing adjustments. Develop the transfer‑pricing model supporting each official scenario (MarLE, MayLE, SepLE, Budget) in close coordination with Budget, Planning, Accounting, Tax, and the Division. Validate and review Optima‑affected reports before submission. Participate in update studies and transfer‑pricing reviews. Coordinate with other functions to gather and archive documentation required to support the model; engage in external and governmental audits, explaining the model with the fiscal and accounting teams. Actively participate in ongoing projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles. At least 1 year of experience in accounting functions. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (desired). Experience with SAP (desired).
