Lead Software Engineer - C#/.Net - UI - Neovest We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible. As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Neovest, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market‑leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are a core technical contributor responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Job responsibilities Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with an ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. Develop secure, high‑quality production code, and review and debug code written by others. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems. Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes‑oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture. Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading‑edge technologies. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software development concepts and 5+ years of applied experience. Advanced knowledge and +7 years of experience with C#/.Net. Advanced knowledge and experience developing multi‑threaded applications. Experience building middle‑tier services at scale. Experience developing responsive front‑end UI’s in C# (WPF) and web‑based technologies (.React, Angular, Typescript). Hands‑on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile). In‑depth knowledge of the Capital Markets and Trading industry and their IT systems. Practical cloud‑native experience. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience working in the Capital Markets industry with Portfolio Management systems. Ability to work in an Agile environment. Understanding of modern User Interface architecture and design. Understanding and experience with data cache‑ing technologies (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.). Understanding and experience with message distribution technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). English skills: advanced. #J-18808-Ljbffr
