Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.-
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software products.-
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.-
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer Technical Lead or similar role.-
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular or React.-
- Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.-
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.-
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.-
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.-
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.-
- Mobile development experience.-
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Relocation Options:
