Principales Responsabilidades: Asegurar la satisfacción y éxito delos partners (clientes) mediante una gestión integral de proyectos que incluya asesoramiento, comunicación, seguimiento, visibilidad de resultados y reporte de las tareas realizadas. Responsable de la planificación y coordinación de proyectos, gestionando al equipo de especialistas de marketing para garantizar la correcta ejecución y entrega de los servicios comprometidos. Administrar una cartera de proyectos asignados. Administración de flujos de trabajo y control de calidad. A su vez, la posicion tiene como mision estar permanentemente en contacto con clientes a disposición para atender consultas, asegurar la visibilidad a los resultados y presentar reporte de las tareas realizadas. Monitorear métricas, preparar reportes y proponer mejoras sobre estrategias digitales, campañas y branding. Identificación de oportunidades comerciales y optimización de procesos. #J-18808-Ljbffr
