We are looking for a strategic partner who can identify, attract, and evaluate high-caliber talent across the digital market. Your Impact & Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing: Define search strategies, advise Hiring Managers on market realities, and ensure perfect cultural and technical fit. Operational Excellence: You'll manage candidates throughout the entire funnel and ensure process compliance with defined TD processes. Data-Driven Decisions: Design, analyze, and present reports to detect deviations and propose solutions that optimize our talent strategy. The Essential Toolkit Experience with ATS (Greenhouse or similar). Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting. Knowledge of the digital market and Argentinian labor legislation. Advanced English.
