We are looking for a CMO to join our team AstroPay is the global Digital Wallet of choice for thousands of consumers who want to purchase online on international sites. With a focus on international transactions, AstroPay addresses the complexities of local markets, offering fast and efficient solutions across thousands of consumer‑recognized payment methods. We have operations in all LATAM and EMEA. We work in a dynamic environment, constantly improving our product and delivery to reach the best time to market. Tasks Leading and scaling our global marketing strategy, which includes managing Branding & Communication, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing. Develop, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition and retention strategy. Support the development and implementation of a winning lead generation strategy. Develop, optimize, and expand our channel mix to scale our lead generation as well as support other teams with the distribution of content, etc. Managing and controlling the execution of the marketing budget. Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors. Developing our partner marketing strategy. Continuously optimize existing marketing channels by analyzing results, testing, and learning. Collaborating closely with our cross‑functional leaders (in product, engineering, operation, expansion, sales, and data science) to identify new opportunities to collaborate and drive customer acquisition. Mentor and coach the team: set and lead a competence development plan. Requirements Have a proven track record of leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, user acquisition, engagement, retention and to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. + years in a digital marketing/performance marketing role. Deep knowledge and experience in Google’s marketing suite. Experience managing paid media budgets and channels (SEM/SEO, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social, programmatic). Previous experience in marketing experimentation through A/B testing and creative iteration. Proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing. Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends. Result oriented and a consistent track record of exceeding targets. Good analytical and reporting skills. Fast learner and a creative thinker with good problem‑solving skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits % remote work.
