Chief Marketing Officer RM Staffing B.V. is recruiting for a Chief Marketing Officer to join AstroPay, the global Digital Wallet of choice for consumers performing international online transactions. This role focuses on expanding brand presence and driving growth worldwide. Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and ensure adherence to brand frameworks, processes, and policies. Lead the creation and execution of a Digital Marketing strategy, partnering with Finance, Analytics, and Data Science to define and measure success. Drive campaigns from awareness to conversion, using a range of tactics across all channels. Manage a significant annual budget, including media spend allocation, and forecast member engagement. Build and effectively manage the senior leadership team for Marketing. Establish clear brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all outlets. Ensure the quality and effectiveness of brand content. Lead the tracking, forecasting, and communication of related success metrics. Define competency levels and governance processes to empower teams while maintaining high quality standards. Drive and push the limits of creativity, encouraging innovative marketing initiatives. Requisitos : Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of marketing experience Strong analytical skills and experience weaving data and customer insight into innovative strategies Proven track record of success in brand building and brand management Deep experience leading a senior marketing team, establishing direction, developing and empowering a team, and auditing performance for consistent execution Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is a plus Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Excellent judgment with relentlessly high standards Strategic thinking combined with a strong focus on execution Requires and expects innovation from her/his team #J-18808-Ljbffr
