Descripción del puesto Buscamos un/a Social Media Marketing Manager con pensamiento creativo, visión estratégica y espíritu proactivo para potenciar la presencia digital de la marca. Se trata de una posición remota y flexible, por lo que la persona puede residir en cualquier lugar del mundo. El rol implica desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias integrales de redes sociales, crear y optimizar contenido atractivo, gestionar la presencia de la marca en distintas plataformas y analizar resultados para mejorar el rendimiento. La persona ideal será autónoma, curiosa, con criterio estético y orientada a la mejora constante, capaz de proponer ideas innovadoras y mantener una comunicación coherente con la identidad de la marca. Requisitos Experiencia previa demostrable en gestión y estrategia de redes sociales Dominio en Social Media Marketing y Social Media Optimization (SMO) Habilidades sólidas en estrategia de contenido, comunicación y storytelling de marca Conocimientos en marketing digital y gestión de pauta publicitaria (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Capacidad analítica para interpretar métricas y aplicar mejoras Actitud proactiva, creativa y resolutiva Excelente organización y manejo del tiempo Experiencia en industrias de lifestyle, bienestar, música o cuidado auditivo (valorada) Fluidez en español y manejo intermedio de inglés para comunicación internacional #J-18808-Ljbffr
