About the role Monks is seeking a talented production designer to further their skills in digital asset and content design at our Buenos Aires office. In this senior‑level role, you will join a dedicated global team that produces top‑quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. Responsibilities Design static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. Collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors to produce world‑class work across time zones. Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce a steady stream of high‑quality assets. Maintain pixel‑perfect quality and work with QA testers to safeguard standards. Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and remain consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages. Represent Monks from a design POV directly with art directors on the client side. About you The essentials: Approx. 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch/Figma skills are a bonus. Mastery of silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus. Excellent file, layer, and folder organization. Ability to take charge of tasks independently, collaborate with clients, and proactively lead projects. Contribution across stages of the production process—from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Creating balanced and beautiful layouts is second nature. Continuous search for process efficiencies. Focus and perseverance in repetitive tasks. Fluency in English; familiarity with production tricks and contemporary media.
