Assistant Director or Associate Director (Therapeutic Residential Care) Division: Child Protection and Family Support Position No: Pool Ref COM36725 | Salary: Level 7, $139,860 - $149,485 pa (or Level 4, $146,998 - $157,135 pa) | Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Permanent - Full Time | Location: Midland (Flexibility to work in metropolitan or regional WA) | Closing Date: 4:00 PM Help make a difference to the young people in care in regional Western Australia. Responsibilities Working with other Assistant Directors to develop and contribute to operational frameworks, programs and policies for children in care that ensures the best interests of the young people are at the heart of all decisions. Providing a high level of operational advice that identifies risks and the strategies to address them. Assisting the Director to deliver the strategic outcomes of the Therapeutic Residential Care directorate. Building and maintaining relationships with non-government agencies to produce improved outcomes for the young people. Keeping up to date with and providing advice on any relevant national and international trends and issues that may impact the directorate.
