We strive to make a difference each day and promote a positive, team‑driven attitude. A typical day includes Performing patient care duties under the direction of licensed nursing personnel, utilizing equipment, supplies, and procedures appropriate to the ages of the patients served including adult and geriatric patient populations. Assisting with or performs patient activities of daily living, encouraging independent functioning when appropriate. Assisting patient comfort measures are met performing frequent rounds on patients and anticipating patient needs. Assisting with individual and group activities. Job Requirements Education: HS diploma Experience: No experience needed. We provide on the job training It is a plus if you are certified as a nurse assistant. Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills, Willing to learn and be a valuable person for the department. Licensure/Certification: N/A Physical: ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day consists of walking.
