No Relocation Assistance Offered - Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina The Data & CRM Sr Specialist drives the marketing’s communication performance through initiative/campaign driven results and multiple touchpoints measurement and attribution across the conversion funnel. This role will have overall responsibility in leading all digital data & analytics programs. The specialist has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver personalized consumer experiences through multiple digital communication channels with a vision of winning consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business. Success requires strong data and analytics skills as well as expertise in Digital Media Buying (Social – Programmatic) and CRM (Consumer Relationship Management). The role demands excellent communication, initiative, and demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Manages digital projects that combine creativity, online promotions, high‑quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms. Collects and examines consumer insights to develop creative marketing acquisition tactics. Develops CRM data activation frameworks, roadmaps and guidelines from a portfolio perspective; orchestrates and works with Brand Managers, creative agency, media, CRM agency to establish, monitor and review deliverables. Analyzes the performance of CRM promotions to generate learnings and insights for future campaigns. Develops lifetime‑value based segmentation of users that can be used across all channels (paid and non‑paid). Leads Data Acquisition projects and interfaces with cross‑functional teams at Colgate, agency partners and tech vendors to ensure proper implementation for data gathering, accurate analytics and reporting. Collaborates in Media audience creation and programmatic buying initiatives. Develops audience insights from various 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets to drive Colgate’s vision for digital targeting, content development/personalization, and media recommendations. Leverages consumer insights to better segment, target and reach potential consumers. Meet Regional Team to ensure guidelines alignment across the region. Identifies trends and behavior in website traffic, customer reviews/ratings, social sentiment and media performance for analysis and action. Implements strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable. 3+ years of relevant experience in digital media analytics at an agency, advertiser, publisher/technology firm or relevant marketing organization. Data Analytics: Excel (V/B macros), Data Studio, Google Sheets, Google Analytics; Facebook Business Manager and similar platform analytics tools. Experience with programmatic buying, DMP and DSP (e.g., DV360, Verizon). Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools; understanding of CRM practices and project implementation. Extensive knowledge of remarketing and retargeting tactics.
