MaxIT Consulting Max Corporate Group se encuentra acompañando a un importante cliente del rubro Consumer Product en un proyecto de migración SAP ECC S/4HANA , y nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a PMO Business Manager Senior para sumarse al equipo. Inicio: Fines de diciembre 2025 / primeros días de enero 2026Modalidad: Híbrida zonas Pacheco y Olivos | hasta 3 veces por semana onsiteDuración: 12 mesesContratación: Freelance Full-Time (no se admite part-time ni esquema on-demand) Rol: PMO Business Manager | Project Manager Proyecto S/4HANA El PMO Business Manager será responsable de liderar y coordinar la Oficina de Proyectos (PMO) dentro de la iniciativa SAP, garantizando que las actividades del proyecto estén completamente alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. Tendrá a su cargo la planificación, gestión presupuestaria, seguimiento general, mitigación de riesgos, y la comunicación ejecutiva entre las áreas involucradas. Responsabilidades Principales Dirigir la Oficina de Proyecto SAP (PMO), asegurando cumplimiento de cronogramas, entregables y estándares de calidad. Supervisar la planificación integral: roadmap, milestones y dependencias entre módulos SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.). Gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto, incluyendo costos, forecast y desviaciones. Monitorear riesgos e issues, asegurando planes de mitigación y escalamiento oportuno. Coordinar la comunicación entre negocio, TI, consultores SAP y dirección ejecutiva. Preparar y presentar reportes ejecutivos, KPIs y estado financiero del proyecto. Asegurar la correcta documentación, control de cambios y gobernanza del proyecto. Dar soporte a actividades de gestión del cambio (OCM) y comunicaciones internas. Implementar y mantener herramientas de gestión (MS Project, Jira, SAP Activate, entre otras). Facilitar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas al proyecto SAP. Requisitos del Perfil 5+ años gestionando proyectos complejos (idealmente ERP/SAP). Experiencia previa en implementaciones SAP (S/4HANA deseable). Experiencia en PMO corporativa o Business Management Office. Conocimiento en procesos de planificación, control presupuestario, riesgos y reporting ejecutivo. Inglés nivel lecto-comprensivo avanzado para documentación SAP. ¿Cómo postularte?
