Position Overview:In the role of Service Coordinator, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, dealers, and service teams. Your main responsibility will be to manage service-related requests and inquiries from our German- and Czech-speaking clients. You will ensure smooth coordination of service appointments, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication between all parties involved.
This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office for 2 days a week in Ghent and remotely for 3 days, giving you the best of both worlds—collaboration and flexibility.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison for German- and Czech-speaking customers, addressing service inquiries, scheduling repairs, and handling complaints.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of service appointments and maintenance between customers and dealerships.
- Maintain open and consistent communication between customers, technical teams, and service providers.
- Track and manage the progress of service requests, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with completed services.
- Escalate any unresolved issues or complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their service requests.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
- Offer feedback to internal teams on how to improve processes and enhance customer experience based on client feedback.
- Fluent German and Czech (spoken and written) are required for this role.
- Prior experience in a customer service, service coordination, or similar position is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A background or interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial but is not required.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while handling customer requests efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
