The role 

The People specialist/HRBP works in direct relation with the People Director, collaborating in defining and implementing initiatives and projects at the local, regional, and global levels. They maintain a close relationship with the HRBP team to understand each assigned population and work together in developing and implementing solutions. Additionally, they will act as the HRBP for an assigned population.

Top Key responsibilities

Identify and understand business needs and collaborate in generating proposals that address these challenges from the People Team. Collaborate in building the roadmap of initiatives and projects that support the different stages of the employee journey (development, training, work environment, communication, etc.) Act as the focal point for different projects, coordinating various fronts and ensuring their timely implementation. Work jointly with the HRBP team in building and implementing solutions. Collaborate in the launch of global/regional projects, proposing necessary adjustments according to local specificities. Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented projects. Act as the HRBP for the assigned population.

Qualifications/Background Sought

About you:

A passion for HR and solving for the future.  Proven experience in managing and mentoring employees at different levels within the organization.  Strong project and process management skills. You are able to do several tasks successfully, and switch between them seamlessly.  Highly organized and detail-oriented with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes. Not afraid of course correcting in the middle of a defined process. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong attention to details.

Minimum requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR operations, HRBP or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. User experience mindset  Team player
