Tareas del Rol

Jugarás un papel crucial en la satisfacción y éxito de nuestros clientes. Tu enfoque estará en proporcionar soporte técnico de alta calidad y gestionar las relaciones con nuestros clientes de LATAM.

Principales Responsabilidades


  • Armar la Base de Conocimientos: Construir y mantener una base de conocimientos para el chatbot con el fin de mejorar las respuestas automatizadas y garantizar que el sistema esté actualizado con la información más relevante y precisa para los clientes.
  • Monitoreo y Análisis: Seguimiento continuo de la satisfacción del cliente y análisis de métricas para identificar áreas de mejora y garantizar la excelencia en el servicio.
  • Soporte Continuo: Proporcionar soporte continuo y personalizado a nuestros clientes externos e internos, comprendiendo sus objetivos y ayudándolos a alcanzarlos con nuestros productos y servicios.
  • Gestión de Tickets y Consultas: Recibir y responder a tickets y consultas de clientes, asegurando una resolución oportuna y efectiva de los problemas.
  • Comunicación con Clientes: Realizar contactos/llamadas con los clientes para entender sus necesidades, proporcionar actualizaciones y realizar revisiones mensuales.
  • Coordinación con el Equipo de Desarrollo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de desarrollo para gestionar y resolver incidencias, actuando como enlace entre los clientes y los técnicos.
  • Guardias Pasivas: Participación en guardias pasivas para asegurar que los problemas críticos sean atendidos fuera del horario laboral regular.

Requisitos


  • Experiencia Previa: Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico o atención al cliente en un entorno B2B.
  • Conocimiento de tecnología: Comprensión de tecnologías como Base de datos te hará destacar. Valoramos experiencia en manejo de Intercom, New Relic, Metabase o plataformas de BI y consultas SQL.
  • Disponibilidad tarde/noche: La vacante será para cubrir jornada vespertina. 
  • Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y, si es aplicable, en el idioma local.
  • Habilidades Interpersonales: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar eficazmente con colegas y clientes.
  • Orientación al Cliente: Fuerte enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y habilidad para entender y anticipar sus necesidades.
  • Gestión del Tiempo: Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo para manejar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Actitud Proactiva: Iniciativa y habilidad para identificar problemas y solucionarlos de manera independiente.
  • Disponibilidad para Guardias Pasivas: Disposición para participar en guardias pasivas y proporcionar soporte fuera del horario laboral regular.
