The role
Kin + Carta is a firm that focuses on emerging technology, helping medium to large enterprise organizations make informed decisions as to where and how to take their technology investments into the future. As we continue to grow and add new clients and projects, we are looking to hire a Client Finance Senior Specialist to support our Client Finance department.
Role responsibilities
Invoicing clients including processing weekly and monthly billing from time cards and expenses for approval and monthly submission to clientsInterfacing with client and sales team leadership to align on onboarding prospective clients and forecast billing Interfacing with the client to deliver financial reports at varying cadence by the clientCommunicate effectively to clients to resolve invoicing issues timelyAssist finance team in resolving collection issues with the clientApplying Cash to Accounts Receivable and contacting clients when invoices become past dueMaintain organized files for AR and client contractsSupporting the Client Finance team at an overall organizational level to ensure data accuracy in Sales Force: Rate Cards (bill rates and effective discounting), Payment Terms, Project Details (start/end dates), budget management, and etc. Partnership with the Client Finance ManagerBe able to present metrics to the Regional ControllerMinimum qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related degreeAdvanced English language5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting support roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to comfortably communicate with employees, clients, and vendors at a variety of levelsAbility to partnership with high leadership and stakeholders Prominent organization, communication and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications
Experience with Database Management is a plusExperience with Salesforce/FinancialForce PSA and FFA is a plusAbout Kin + Carta
