We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dark Web Researcher to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dark web investigations, low-level coding, mobile device cloning, and blockchain & cryptocurrency analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and mitigate potential threats, support penetration testing, and contribute to our overall security measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Dark Web Research:
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses within the dark web to identify and assess potential security threats.
- Monitor dark web forums, marketplaces, and other platforms to gather intelligence on emerging cyber threats.
- Provide detailed reports on findings, including actionable insights and recommendations for threat mitigation.
- Low-Level Coding:
- Utilize proficiency in low-level coding (assembly, C, C++) to support penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop and deploy custom scripts and tools for security testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
- Mobile Device Cloning:
- Perform real-time cloning of mobile devices for security testing and forensic analysis.
- Analyze cloned devices to uncover potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop strategies to protect mobile devices from unauthorized cloning and other security risks.
- Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Expertise:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency to conduct secure transactions and perform detailed analyses.
- Investigate and mitigate risks associated with blockchain and cryptocurrency usage.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in blockchain and cryptocurrency security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in dark web research and cyber threat intelligence.
- Proficiency in low-level coding languages (e.g., assembly, C, C++).
- Experience with mobile device cloning and forensic analysis.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP).
- Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and cybercrime tactics.
