Compensation: Paid in USD (US Dollars) DOE

Contract Phase
Initially, you will be engaged as a contractor working remotely. You will need to register with Argentine tax authorities and choose an appropriate tax regime, such as Monotributo or the general tax regime (Responsable Inscripto). You will be responsible for issuing invoices for the services you provide and will receive payment in US dollars. Once our Buenos Aires office is established, we plan to offer contractors the opportunity to transition to full-time, onsite positions

Language Proficiency Requirements
This position requires fluency in English, both written and verbal. Applicants must complete the application form in English. Additionally, submissions must include a resume, also in English. Responsibilities

  • Perform Discovery sessions to understand partners' business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop automated workflow solutions using Visio and ISRD's proprietary engine to optimize partners' processes.
  • Automate individual steps of partners' workflows using ISRD's proprietary engine.
  • Test automated workflow solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with partners' cross-functional teams to integrate automated workflow solutions into their business systems.
  • Utilize ISRD's tools and engine to create content within automated workflow solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders to explain the benefits and limitations of automated workflow solutions.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of automated workflow solutions and make modifications as needed

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Visio, including creating technical diagrams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to consult with partners and navigate corporate environments effectively.
  • Proven experience mapping and optimizing complex process flows, with examples of past projects and measurable success metrics.
  • Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to understand causality and correlation to drive meaningful change.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in process mapping methodologies such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
