JOB DESCRIPTION

En Ecolab nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a  Pasante de Talent Acquisition para nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos. Pensamos en profesionales con iniciativa, con alto nivel de responsabilidad y que deseen ser parte de un equipo de trabajo con una marcada actitud de profesionalismo.

Detalles de la posición: 

Las posiciones son roles iniciales, que no requieren experiencia laboral previa Lunes a viernes en el turno mañana. Esquema híbrido de trabajo con presencialidad en las oficinas de Puerto Madero. 

Lo que vas a hacer:

Dar soporte en la pre-selección de curriculums. Participar en el proceso de reclutamiento, siendo responsable por el llamado a potenciales candidatos y el agendamiento de entrevistas Coordinar el envió de mails de confirmación de entrevista, confirmación de avance o sign-off a los candidatos participantes del proceso de selección. Brindar apoyo en las gestiones administrativas a los líderes del proceso.

Cualificaciones :

Estudiante de Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de empresas o carreras afines (Excluyente).  Conocimientos de herramientas Office, especialmente Excel, Idioma Inglés: Avanzado o bilingüe (Excluyente, será evaluado).
