Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in SaaS. The ideal candidate has an interest in financial technology and is skilled at selling complex solutions to professional clients. This role is suited for someone who excels in relationship-building and has a natural curiosity for understanding clients' financial needs.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the SaaS or fintech industry
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience managing long-term relationships
  • Must have a personal interest in economics and financial markets, professional experience is a plus
  • Confidence to work with senior decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred, with training provided if needed)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, driving revenue in your territory
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop a focused sales strategy and execute targeted campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, identifying key contacts and decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demos that highlight the product's unique capabilities
  • Stay updated on the fintech industry macroeconomics, gathering and sharing insights to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including pipeline updates, in the CRM system
  • Work closely with other teams to leverage global account activity and refine the sales approach
