Position Description:

The Affiliate Marketing & Alliances Operations Specialist is responsible for managing two main relationships that support marketing strategy in LAS team: Affiliates & Alliances operations.
As part of Lenovo’s LAS Marketing organization, the Alliances Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring co-marketing governance for allowing for complete reimbursement from our co-marketing partners. The ideal candidate will possess marketing operations experience, from process standardization to training and documentation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Affiliate agency, and other internal groups to ensure proactive coordination on compliance. The individual must be a motivated self-starter and team-player who is able to work collaboratively and take projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail, coupled with innovative, creative thinking.

Job responsibilities include:
 

Affiliates :

• Ensuring seamless integration of the Affiliate channel into Lenovo’s overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate affiliate program strategy with external Agency with special focus on: Partner recruitment & activation, Partner optimization, Performance reviews & General technical support
• Executing commission change requests or insertion order updates in Impact Radius
• Work with 4Ps in each of the 5 countries to develop new marketing opportunities to drive growth from affiliate accounts
• Manage monthly calendar for operations projects and marketing campaigns
• Work with design, development and brand teams to develop series of creatives to support products and ensure Lenovo’s brand and messaging consistency within the affiliate channel
 

Alliances operations:

Create operational processes to ensure proactive coordination on compliance Package necessary marketing collateral (including invoices, creative files, screenshots, and performance reports) for submission to co-marketing partners as part of a Proof of Execution (POE) document Share POE needs with any relevant external agencies and manage related communication streams Manage approval flows with internal co-marketing auditing teams and make POE claim adjustments as needed Review all new and emerging co-marketing guidance from core partners (Intel, Microsoft, and AMD) and communicate all relevant changes to the broader team, especially marketing program owners Consolidate and shepherd plan approvals across paid & owned eCommerce channels

Position Requirements:
 

Marketing experience
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

- 1-3 years of marketing operations experience preferred .
 

Ecommerce experience

- Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and quantitative skills

- The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
- Previous eCommerce experience preferred.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact Radius, Commission Junction, etc. would be a huge benefit
 

Communication
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.
- Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams.
  Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
- Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
