Estamos en la búsqueda de un Arquitecto de Soluciones Técnicas altamente capacitado y experimentado, especializado en software, machine learning (ML), Cloud y soluciones de Software como Servicio (SaaS) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consultoría. Tu liderazgo técnico y experiencia en arquitectura de software, ML, infraestructura en la nube y aplicaciones SaaS serán fundamentales para impulsar y entregar la implementación exitosa de soluciones escalables, confiables y seguras para nuestros clientes.

- Colaborando estrechamente con los clientes para comprender sus objetivos comerciales, limitaciones operativas, requisitos técnicos y desafíos de datos, y traduciéndolos en diseños de soluciones integrales.
- Diseñando soluciones de arquitectura de extremo a extremo para aplicaciones de software, modelos de ML, flujos de datos y plataformas de análisis, considerando factores como escalabilidad, rendimiento, seguridad y rentabilidad.
- Liderando el proceso de implementación técnica, trabajando de cerca con equipos de desarrollo, ingenieros de datos, científicos de ML y otros interesados para asegurar la entrega exitosa de la solución.
- Evaluando y recomendando arquitecturas de software apropiadas, servicios en la nube, marcos de ML y ofertas SaaS para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de cada proyecto, considerando factores como funcionalidad, escalabilidad, interoperabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
- Definiendo estrategias y técnicas de integración de datos para una conectividad fluida entre fuentes de datos dispares, entornos en la nube y aplicaciones SaaS de terceros.
- Desarrollando y manteniendo la documentación de la arquitectura, incluidos diagramas del sistema, diagramas de modelos de ML, diagramas de flujo de datos, especificaciones de diseño y documentación técnica para referencia y uso futuro.
- Realizando revisiones de arquitectura y brindando orientación y recomendaciones técnicas para asegurar la adhesión a las mejores prácticas, estándares y regulaciones de la industria, particularmente en las áreas de privacidad y seguridad de datos.
- Manteniéndote actualizado sobre tecnologías emergentes, tendencias y mejores prácticas relacionadas con el desarrollo de software, ML, análisis de datos, computación en la nube y soluciones SaaS, e incorporándolas en los diseños de soluciones.
- Proporcionando liderazgo técnico y mentoría a equipos Offshore, fomentando una cultura de innovación, colaboración, aprendizaje continuo y mejora continua.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes y partes interesadas, y dirigir equipos offshore.
- Comprensión profunda de los principios y métodos utilizados para promover, vender y ejecutar servicios de consultoría tecnológica.
- Comprensión profunda de las metodologías y mejores prácticas de arquitectura de software.
- Comprensión profunda de las metodologías y mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software.
- Título de grado en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado
- Certificaciones relevantes como AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, o similares son altamente deseables.
- +10 años de experiencia comprobada trabajando como Arquitecto de Soluciones Técnicas, con enfoque en software, datos, ML, Cloud y soluciones SaaS.
- Experiencia en principios de arquitectura de software, patrones de diseño y mejores prácticas.
- Experiencia en conceptos, arquitecturas y servicios de computación en la nube (por ejemplo, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experiencia en diseñar e implementar soluciones de software escalables, confiables y seguras utilizando tecnologías nativas de la nube.
- Experiencia en técnicas de integración como integraciones basadas en API, arquitectura de microservicios y sincronización de datos.
- Experiencia con plataformas y aplicaciones SaaS
- Experiencia práctica con marcos y técnicas de ML, herramientas de análisis de datos y servicios de ML basados en la nube.
- Experiencia con tecnologías de big data como Hadoop, Spark y Kafka es una ventaja.
- Se prefiere experiencia liderando la entrega de soluciones offshore/nearshore.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
