Learn more about our What and our Why and how we can work together .More about us Global Inventory Management partners with Operations, Maintenance and Materials Management supporting different plants and refineries across US and Canada ensuring the correct stock of materials that enable overall reliability of our operationsWhat role you will play in our team The Delivery Coordinator (DC) is the key interface with MRO Vendors, responsible for managing operational vendor relationship, ensure end-to-end ownership and visibility of material deliveries post-PO creation. As such, the Delivery Coordinator is a single point of contact for the vendors for material deliveries. Our office is located in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires and you will interact with users from all around the world. #LI-OnsiteWhat you will do Accountable for On-time delivery performance of materials within scope of responsibility. Responsible for providing best in class support to a portfolio of assigned vendors within defined area/region and in line with appropriate S2P and SCHB requirements. Maintain strong business relationship with vendors by utilizing soft skills to ensure positive supplier experience. Main focal point for vendor deliveries, key interface with Material Coordinators, Inventory Analysts and Warehouse Operations. Responsible for identification of operational issues and communication to the Site Materials Associates to improve E2E EM-vendor operational excellence. Monitor proactively status of open POs and communicate with vendors if order cannot be met as requested, work proactively with vendors on acceptable solution in communication with Material Coordinators (non-stock) / Inventory Analysts (stock). Responsible for cross functional coordination and follow up to ensure vendor issues and PO issues (price, description, availability) are resolved and timely communicated to Material Coordinators. Assist in educating and training vendors on ExxonMobil processes and systems (i.e. GEP); proactively seeks opportunities for operations improvements. May provide support to Supply Chain operations depending on the group's priorities and needs, outside of specific scope of vendor portfolio. About you Advanced English Level Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration Outstanding communication skills, proactive initiative to engage vendors (via phone vs. email) and build relationships. Problem solving and prioritization of tasks. Collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces, both locally and remotely, and promote corporation-first outcomes.
