About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operational Automation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in process optimization and automation using data analysis and programming tools.

This role is crucial for improving operational efficiency, requiring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven skills in macro creation, and programming in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), in addition to experience implementing automation solutions with no-code platforms. We are looking for someone capable of transforming complex data into practical and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

  • VBA Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel macros and user forms using VBA to automate repetitive data manipulation, analysis, and generation of detailed reports.
  • Process Identification & Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current business processes, developing a roadmap for their digitalization and optimization across various departments.
  • No-Code Automation Implementation: Implement, manage, and scale process automation solutions leveraging modern no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, Zapier) to link disparate systems and automate workflows beyond Excel.
  • Data Modeling & Reporting: Construct and maintain robust, scalable data models, analytics tools, and dynamic dashboards within Excel to provide clear insights into operational performance and key metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and deploy effective technical solutions that meet specific business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to identify, scope, and implement process improvements that lead to quantifiable results
