ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a senior Salesforce Architect to lead solution architecture, design governance, and technical delivery for a strategic Salesforce implementation. This is a high-visibility engagement where you will shape the platform strategy, drive architectural decisions, and serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams — all conducted primarily in Spanish.

The right candidate combines deep multi-cloud Salesforce expertise with enterprise integration experience and the confidence to present to executive stakeholders in a consultancy environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Define the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across a multi-cloud environment
  • Lead architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
  • Own the solution blueprint, data model, integration strategy, and security framework
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and delivery methodology

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical governance, including code review oversight and design-pattern standards
  • Guide development teams on best practices across Apex, LWC, and integrations
  • Define the DevOps strategy — CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy
  • Drive performance optimisation and scalability planning

Integration & Data Strategy

  • Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and event-driven patterns
  • Design data migration strategy and data governance models
  • Define identity management, SSO, and security architecture

Stakeholder Management

  • Lead architecture discussions with the end client
  • Present technical solutions and trade-off analyses to executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams
  • Deliver Spanish-language documentation, presentations, and workshops as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

  • years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • years operating as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
  • Proven delivery of multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Industry Clouds)
  • Strong integration architecture experience across enterprise environments
  • Fluent Spanish — spoken and written (this is non-negotiable)
  • Professional-level English for internal communication and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders in client-facing settings

Technical Depth

  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
  • Integration architecture and API-led connectivity patterns
  • Security model design — sharing rules, field-level security, and platform encryption
  • Data modelling and large data volume (LDV) strategies
  • DevOps tooling and CI/CD best practices (e.g. Copado, Gearset, SF CLI)

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — highly valued

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience working within a Big 4 consultancy
  • Familiarity with LATAM delivery models and regional engagement practices
  • Background in regulated industries — Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Public Sector
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks at scale
