Hoy, tenemos una oportunidad para un/a Marketplace Specialist que quiera ser parte de este desafío.

¿Cuál será tu impacto?

Liderarás la estrategia y la operación de marketplaces para múltiples marcas dentro de un modelo fullcommerce, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del canal. Serás responsable de equilibrar ventas, rentabilidad y operación, actuando como referente senior frente al cliente y los equipos internos. Tendrás a tu cargo la gestión integral de marketplaces (Mercado Libre y otros), con foco en performance comercial, visibilidad y rentabilidad.

Para lograrlo, necesitarás...

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando marketplaces a nivel operativo y comercial.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica para el manejo de pricing, márgenes, contribución y forecast.
  • Perfil analítico, autónomo y orientado a resultados.
  • Experiencia en Mercado Libre Ads y operación en Mercado Libre.
  • Se valorará experiencia en otros marketplaces bancarios o retailers (Falabella, Fravega).
  • Conocimiento de integraciones con ERP, VTEX, PIM, Producteca u otras plataformas ecommerce.
  • Visión comercial, entendiendo márgenes, costos y rentabilidad real del negocio.
