  • Advocate for revenue generating departments in collaboration with corporate departments to ensure feasible, client-centered solutions.

Project & Program Management

  • Independently lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Create and execute detailed project and communication plans.

  • Facilitate project meetings, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Evaluate vendor options, manage project  budgets, and provide recommendations to leadership.

  • Provide oversight and consultation throughout project execution and rollout.

  • Drive execution of project tasks by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Customer-Centered Innovation

  • Listen actively to customer feedback to design solutions that meet evolving needs.

  • Proactively seek input to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Compile and analyze metrics, feedback, and performance data to recommend enhancements to senior leadership.

  • Detect and resolve project conflicts effectively with key stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within a large corporate or service organization with international branch/field locations.

  • Inclusion experience preferred.

  • Strong ability to adapt project management skills to diverse work cultures and environments.

  • Proven customer service orientation with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations using PowerPoint.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced skills), Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

  • Highly collaborative with a desire and ability to continuously learn and grow.

  • Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data to inform decisions.
