Who We Are
Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager III – ATI HRFS to plan and coordinate all aspects of internal programs that leverage information system changes to deliver strategic benefits to the business. Programs typically comprise multiple ATI HRFS projects involving network, hardware, or software implementation and upgrade, concurrently and/or sequentially. Develop program plans and coordinate all project implementation processes including project chartering, resource allocation, progress tracking, issue management, risk management, budget analysis, change control, testing, documentation, training, and production deployment within budget and schedule constraints. Programs vary in number, size, and complexity. This project manager will help create processes for projects in the multimillion realm for application delivery across the organization globally for Corporate Accounting, Field Service Centers, Payroll, HR, Product Data, and FP&A teams.
What You'll Do
- Programs typically are enterprise-level; comprise multiple functional and technical projects and deliver transformational strategic business benefit; may span multiple years
- Proactively define and coordinate work priorities across multiple projects and teams
- Facilitate and control changes to program benefits, schedule, and cost
- Leverage the program governance model to influence decision-making and minimize risk to the program
- Identify and implement key leverage points within the program to effect positive change
- Partner with cross functional teams and business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing ATI HRFS to achieve the goals of the enterprise program
- Manage and support PM relationship with technical, business, vendor, and other teams
- Understand, document, and measure the business benefits to be delivered by the program
- Lead and coordinate project planning and management among PM team members
- Document and publish meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items
- Identify, analyze, and escalate resourcing issues to manager as appropriate
- Identify, analyze, escalate, and facilitate resolution of issues affecting benefits delivery, schedule or cost appropriately
- Proactively tailor and implement standard communications mechanisms that meet stakeholders' needs
- Optimize results through highly effective communications at all levels of the organization
- Publish objective, regular, accurate project status to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to optimize purpose, flow, participation, and follow-up
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years project management experience with significant responsibility progression
- 2+ years team leadership experience
- Advanced to expert proficiency with project management methodologies including planning and scheduling, budget tracking, risk, issue, and change management, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, and Excel
- Understanding of SCRUM and Agile practices
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate with technical teams
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Ability to prioritize and focus effort and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent business writing skills and change management skills
- Strong ability to influence others and present ideas persuasively
- Ability to interact effectively with senior-level audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide effective training and performance feedback
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
$119, $186,000.00We offer exceptional earning potential and a competitive benefits package, including group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability. Robert Half provides paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year. We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
