Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Leadership:

Lead UX strategy for complex projects, aligning design vision with business objectives and user needs.

Be an advocate for user experience within the organization, communicating the importance of data-driven design and best practices.

Guide and mentor junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional growth and the adoption of solid work methodologies.

• Research and Analysis:

Plan and execute in-depth user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis, etc.) to gain a deep understanding of user behavior, motivations, and pain points.

Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights that drive design decisions.

Create and validate personas, user flows, customer journey maps, and other research artifacts.

• Design and Prototyping:

Design high- and low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that illustrate the structure and functionality of the interface.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.

Contribute to and maintain a robust Design System, ensuring design consistency and scalability across all products.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with Product Managers, software engineers (frontend and backend), data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Present and defend design decisions clearly and persuasively, using solid data and arguments.

Facilitate co-creation workshops and ideation sessions with product teams.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience (UX) design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.).

• Solid Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates experience in end-to-end projects, with a clear focus on the design process and business impact. Case studies that explain the problem, solution, and results are valued.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

• Experience using research and analysis tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Basic knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Soft Skills:

• Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to lead projects independently and solve complex problems.

• Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data, synthesize complex information, and make informed design decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate ideas and defend designs to a diverse audience.

• Empathy: Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

• Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
