Your Mission
As a
Sr UX/UI
, you'll own the end-to-end production of our client pages, from Figma prototype to live launch, to drive their conversion rates. You'll be trusted with full autonomy to deliver high-performance assets, while also acting as a mentor to junior designers to elevate the team's overall output. This role blends visual quality, strategic design, and technical speed, requiring you to build scalable growth for a diverse portfolio of client brands.
What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of high-velocity landing page builds for multiple clients — from approved concept to live URL.
- Apply a performance-first mindset, balancing brand guidelines with conversion-focused design.
- Build, test, and publish pixel-perfect, responsive pages using platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Webflow, or Unbounce.
- Create high-fidelity UI in Figma aligned with varied brand identities while prioritizing clarity, hierarchy, and conversion.
- Run internal design reviews, giving actionable feedback to Jr Designers to strengthen layout, spacing, and logic.
- Collaborate with Copywriters and Ad Creatives to ensure landing pages match messaging and traffic intent.
- Implement structured A/B tests, monitor performance metrics (CR, CTR), and iterate quickly.
- Document useful techniques or code in the internal wiki to improve team efficiency.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and provide accurate build estimates.
- Build and maintain reusable components and templates to accelerate future launches.
